Repeat Prescriptions

blue_pillsAs a registered patient, to request repeat medicine, tick the repeat slip as appropriate and deliver, post or fax it to the health centre. Please include a stamped self-addressed envelope if you would like the prescription to be posted back to you.

Alternatively you can order online via the link at the top of this page. New users are required to complete a simple registration prior to using the system.

Please do not telephone for repeat prescriptions but you can email us at prescriptions.BHC@nhs.net

The prescription can be collected from the health centre or be sent to a preferred local chemist, please make this clear when you make your request.

Please note Brooklands Health Centre is not a dispensing surgery. Prescriptions will be ready approx. 48 hours after being received at the practice.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
