Online Services

To make it easier for you to access our surgery we have implemented a number of new systems that allow you to access primary care quicker and more conveniently.

Video Consultations via accuRx

Did you know that you can now book video consultations with the surgery? Video consultations can be used for a number of different issues and conditions and can be booked with a GP or nurse.

We follow NHS guidance and use secure, NHS approved software to ensure that we use video consultations safely and effectively.

We have made sure that our video consultations are easy for you to access and use. To help you to do this, please view the video below or read the 'How to Guide' for video consultations.

Have Your Say

Welcome Brooklands Health Centre

With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.

Tuesday and Wednesday 20 & 21 October - We are currently experiencing some issues with our facilities and are only able to see patients for face to face appointments with urgent needs. If you have a routine appointment for today, we will contact you to convert this to a video consultation or to rearrange. We apologise for this inconvenience and thank you for our ongoing support and cooperation.

CORONAVIRUS

Please do not come into the surgery if you or a member of your household has any of the following symptoms: a fever, a new continuous cough or a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia). Please stay at home and self-isolate for 14 days.

We have changed the way we book our appointments in response to the latest Government guidance on COVID-19. All patients who request any type of appointment will first be telephoned by a clinician. The clinician will assess you and determine how best to meet your care needs. If you do not need to come into the surgery, you will be given the appropriate self-care advice, treatment and information on what to do if you become more unwell. You will be offered an appointment if it is essential for you to be seen face to face. Thank you for your cooperation during this time.

The latest COVID-19 guidance and information can be from here gov.uk and at nhs.uk.

Take the Friends & Family Test

The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) was introduced in 2014 to help service providers and commissioners understand whether their patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed. It is a quick and anonymous way to give your views after receiving care or treatment across the NHS.

Help us to improve our service, learn more about the test and give us your feedback.

Prime Ministers GP Access Fund

Prime Ministers GP Access Fund (PMGPAF) was created to offer patients more flexibility in GP appointment availability. In Milton Keynes there are 5 GP Hubs signed up to the PMGPAF campaign. Brooklands Health Centre is one of hubs offering clinics on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings and on the weekends. Please note these appointments are pre-bookable up to 3 weeks in advance. For further information please contact our reception staff.
